Connecticut Elite Basketball is hosting Summer AAU Travel Teams with the partnership and sponsorship of Under Armour, Elite will be offering Summer AAU teams for Hartford County in Newington this summer.  These teams will practice 2 days a week and compete in games during weekend tournaments.  New players get an Under Armour uniform. 

REGISTRATION AND EVALUATIONS 

Summer Season Registration is OPEN from May 5th-May 26th. Returning players register and pay season deposit by May 12th. New players register online and pay $30 for eval. New players will attend a practice for team selection evaluation.

2023 Summer Season Info

Season Duration: About 5 weeks

Team Practices: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Set practice schedules will be emailed out after registration ends.

Team Practice times: Between 6:00-9:00 pm

Tournament Dates:

June 3-4, June 10-11, June 17-18, June 24-25

Summer Practice Location: Mortensen Community Center (200 Garfield Street. Newington, CT 06111). 

Included in summer season package: Under Armour Uniform (new players only), 2 practices each week, 4 team tournaments with games. 

1 Summer Camp is required for all Summer season ELITE players . Discount codes will be emailed after registration is completed. Camps offered in mornings and evenings in June, July, and August at each branch.

1 player fundraiser is required by all players.

All Elite players MUST register and attend the UA Elite 50 Showcases in July or August. Discounts for Elite players are offered.
