Spring 2026 Dates/times:  10:00-11:30 am. 11 total sessions offered in April and May. 

Saturdays: April 11 & 18. May 2, 9, 16.

Sundays: April 12, 19, 26. May 3, 10, 17. 

Small group station workouts: Players separated on separate hoops by age/grade/ability for workouts. 

Grade (25-26 school year): Grades 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12

What Our Skill Specialists Will Cover Each session:

• Footwork using footwork training system
• Dribbling
• Finishing at the hoop
• Shooting in various ways
• Athletic Performance training 
• Modified competitive drills and games 

Registration fee: $360 (includes 6 1.5 hour sessions in April/May)
